Most likely, yes. Most loan officers register using their work email address that is often linked directly to their employer/lending company. If you've changed to another lender, you likely won't have access to that email address any longer. You'll need to update your primary address. If you don't, you may lose the ability to reset your password, receive receipts for payment on your account, and other important tasks.
