Currently, the PQF fields, which are Arizona-specific, are cached independently of the Qualification. We are working to address this long-term. In the interim, until a permanent fix has been released in a future update, after updating the Arizona PQF fields, you must also save the Qualification (even if you don't make any changes to it). After choosing Update PQF and clicking Save,

  1. Click the panel menu (three vertical dots) on the Current Qualification panel.
  2. Click Update Qualification (note, this is different from Update PQF - be sure you're choosing from the Current Qualification panel menu).
  3. Make changes as necessary. When finished, even if you have not made any changes, click Save & Go To Print.

When you print the next qualification, the changes made to the PQF settings will be reflected.
