Converting your Leads to a Loan is simple, From the Leads tab:

  1. Select which Lead you want to convert to a Loan from the Your Leads section
  2. Click the 3 vertical blue dots next to your Lead's name
  3. Click Convert to Loan - the 3rd option in the drop down menu
  4. Next, You will be guided through the Loan set up prompts.

*At this time, you will need to invite the buyer and their real estate agent to complete the PQF and LSU.
